Sentinel Plumbing removed the existing toilet and installed a new 21-inch height toilet to provide a more comfortable and accessible bathroom setup. The additional height can make sitting down and standing up easier for homeowners who want improved comfort and stability. The new toilet was properly secured, connected to the water supply, tested for proper flushing, and checked for leaks after installation.
Toilet Install
Sentinel Plumbing completed a kitchen faucet replacement in Northwest Las Vegas. We removed the existing faucet and installed a new touchless kitchen faucet with motion sensors and a battery-powered control system. The water supply lines, sensor components, and battery pack were connected and secured. We tested the faucet for proper sensor activation, water flow, temperature control, and leaks. Everything was working correctly when the installation was completed.
Faucet Install
Sentinel Plumbing replaced a failed pressure-reducing valve (PRV) and repaired a leaking pressure vacuum breaker (PVB) for a repeat customer in North Las Vegas. The new PRV was installed to properly regulate the home’s incoming water pressure, and the PVB was repaired to stop the leak and restore proper operation. After completing the work, both systems were tested to confirm they were operating correctly with no leaks present.
PRV Replacement
Sentinel Plumbing replaced two existing Rheem tankless water heaters with two new Rinnai tankless water heaters equipped with built-in recirculation pumps. The installation included reconfiguring the venting, condensate drains, and shared hot-water recirculation line to accommodate the new system. Additional check valves and circuit setters were installed to help balance the recirculation flow between both water heaters. After completing the installation, we tested the water heaters, recirculation system, venting, and drain connections to confirm proper operation. The system is currently configured to use one recirculation pump at a time, allowing the homeowner to alternate pumps during future annual maintenance and distribute operating time between both units.
Water Heater Replacement
Sentinel Plumbing replaced a worn commercial mop sink faucet at a Las Vegas restaurant we regularly service. The existing faucet was removed and replaced with a new commercial-grade mop sink faucet. After installation, we tested the water connections, checked for leaks, and confirmed the faucet was operating correctly. The restaurant’s mop sink is now ready for normal daily use.
