No. Repairs are quoted separately. Members receive 10% off labor on approved repairs while the membership is active.
Is the water heater flush always recommended?
Not always. If a water heater is brand new, very old, leaking, or in poor condition, we may recommend a different maintenance plan. We explain the condition before doing the flush.
What do you check during the inspection?
We look at visible plumbing items such as water heater condition, supply stops, exposed drains, water pressure concerns, toilets, faucets, and signs of leaks.
How long does membership last?
Sentinel Shield is an annual membership. Benefits apply for one year from the purchase date.
