Is tankless included?
Tankless descaling isn’t included, but members get discounted pricing if they want to add it.

Can I cancel?
Yes — cancel within 30 days for a full refund if no included service has been used. If you’ve used an included service, you can cancel for a pro-rated refund minus the then-current price of the delivered service(s).

What if I forget to schedule my flush/checkup?
We send member reminders, but benefits don’t roll over after your 12-month term.

Does the 10% off apply to everything?
It applies to labor on repairs. It doesn’t apply to materials, equipment, permits/inspections, disposal, or third-party fees.
